How do I transfer my albums to the app?
If you purchased using the same email address as you used to register on the app, then your albums will load automatically to your library. If you purchased using a different email address to the one you registered with, please contact us and we will link the albums to your app account.
My albums aren’t showing in the app
Please swipe down on the library page and this will refresh your albums. If they still don’t show, please contact us for assistance.
Can I use the app on more than one device?
You can have the app on up to 5 devices at a time using the same email address. Once you're logged into more than 5, the oldest logged in device will be logged out.
Can I create a playlist?
Yes, when you have downloaded the albums to the app, select the first track that you want on your playlist and select 'Play now'. You will then need to select the other tracks you wish to add to the playlist and select 'Add to Queue' to add the tracks to your playlist. You need to do this with each track you wish to add.
Can I set a sleep timer?
Yes, you can set the playlist to play and set the sleep timer so that it continues to play as you sleep or if you just want to repeat it for some time if you wish. If you start the first track playing on the playlist, you will see a clock face near the bottom left hand corner of your screen marked ‘Set timer’. If you click this, you have the option to set the timer for up to 4 hours. Select your preferred time and the playlist will repeat for that length of time. You also have the option to loop the playlist or the current track that is playing. Selecting this option will repeat the playlist / track until you stop it.
