Information on Subliminal Messages
The term Subliminal is derived from the latin of Sub (Below) and Limen (Threshold) - therefore at its most basic definition the term itself means "below threshold".
Probing a little deeper subliminal messaging is a method of transmitting a message beyond the limits of human perception. Although you will not notice the message, it will be perceived on an unconscious level by your mind. There are 2 types of subliminal messages; visual subliminal images, and audio / subliminal music:
Visual subliminal messages can either be a subliminal suggestion implanted in a drawing or poster (like the coca cola subliminal ad to the right), however more commonly people understand visual subliminal messages as an image or piece of text that will flash up on a computer or TV screen for a very short period of time - often too fast for you to see it.
Here is another example of a visual subliminal message:

If you are skim reading this page then chances are you missed the message, look closely at the space above and you will notice a flashing peice of grey text, which almost blends completely into the background.
Audio Subliminal Messages can also be made in various ways: simply by putting subliminal messages in music - , or playing subliminal message in reverse - again mixed into music, sometimes the subliminal message may be just whispered, or the subliminal messages can be moved above the level of human hearing (above 20,000 Hz). In all of these methods you will not hear the message, but it will be decoded and processed by your subconscious mind.
All of our subliminal mp3s are created and moved to a frequency higher than 20,000 Hz, although we also use reverse subliminal messages This is ensure a more effective subliminal product giving a cumulative effect to the album - the more you listen to it the more of the subliminal messages your brain will decode, and the better it will work.
Subliminal cds and mp3s have brought the power of subliminal messaging into peoples homes, and are constantly increasing in popularity. For example it is not ideal to have to be sitting in front of your computer using subliminal programs to flash text messages in the background. Similarly it is not always practical to repeat positive affirmations to yourself every day. Subliminal audio provides an easy solution to get the benefit of subliminal techniques with minimum effort - you can simply play a subliminal mp3 album while you relax, study, exercise, or simply have it playing in the background while you go about your regular day.
How Subliminal Messages Work?
Our regular conscious way of learning something or establishing personal beliefs is through repeated experience and practice; through this process the information will be stored deep within our minds on an unconscious level. This is how we will learn to ride a bicycle or develop our confidence and self belief for example.
Subliminal learning bypasses this conscious experience and practice stage and sends information directly to our unconscious minds. If the same subliminal messages are sent frequently enough this will lead to the same outcome: unconscious learning, or a shift in our self perception.
We are all exposed to subliminal messages every day due to the massive amounts of information we are exposed to, and our limited capacity to consciously register it. As a result this may lead to small changes in our minds that we are not aware of, but mostly the messages are random, and "one-offs" and are therefore not repeated enough to cause any major or lasting changes to our minds.
Listening to a subliminal messaging album is simply an intentional act to target multiple repeated subliminal messages at your mind, and in these larger more focussed quantities it will affect your mind, your capabilities, and abilities in many different areas. For example you can use these subliminal messages for almost almost anything: ranging from deep internal changes for example increasing motivation, self esteem, confidence, to treating illnesses and phobias, helping you to learn a musical instrument, achieving success in sports, or even subliminal language learning!
On a more technical level the actual subliminal message we used are based upon the principles of NLP and positive affirmations:
